Manasota Key Beach sits on a narrow stretch of Florida's Gulf Coast where the water is calm, the sand is fine, and the pace slows to something closer to how life used to feel. We opened our doors for travelers who would rather watch the sunset from a porch than navigate a crowded boardwalk.
Every room is oriented toward the light—morning sun through eastern windows, evening gold through the west. We keep the details honest: clean lines, natural materials, and nothing that gets in the way of the view.

Manasota Key is a slender barrier island between the Gulf of Mexico and Englewood Bay. Our address places us just minutes from downtown Englewood's restaurants and shops, with Siesta Key and Sarasota within a short drive. The area is known for calm waters, excellent shell collecting, and sunsets that draw people from across the state.
